Livy is a music supervisor, and the founder of Dreamboat Music - a music supervision company out of Austin, Texas. Growing up in such a musical city, Livy spent her youth attending live shows in the many venues around town - captivated by the scene. Much akin to her love of music, movies had a similar effect. She developed a strong affinity for film scores and movie soundtracks, with favorites such as Almost Famous, School of Rock and Schindler's List. Naturally, she went on to get her bachelor's in Music Business whilst interning for Randall Poster on HBO's VINYL and many other musical branding projects (Disney, Warby Parker and Target). In that same time she was mentored by composer Carl Thiel, whom she assisted on Sin City 2, and From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series, both directed by Robert Rodriguez. Currently, Livy dedicates her time to bringing indie films across the finish line whether it’s finding the right needle drop, commissioning an original work, or clearing the dream song, Dreamboat does it all. Dreamboat, while a young company has had the fortune of being invited to SXSW, CD Baby's DIY Musician Conference, MUSEXPO, UCLA and the annual Guild of Music Supervisors Conference. Livy's films have premiered at notable film fests such as Tribeca, Austin Film Festival, SOHO International Film Fest and gained distribution in theaters, as well as, popular platforms like HBO Max, The New Yorker, Altered Innocence, and Amazon Prime.
Louisa is a Music Coordinator at Dreamboat Music. She got her start in the advertisement space supervising over 40 ads for top tier clients such as Discovery and Verizon. As a kid, Louisa moved around frequently, never quite staying in one school for more than a year. Each new home brought an opportunity for reinvention. In high school, she explored breakdancing, and hip-hop choreography. Then, went dark and got into Nu-metal followed by the rave scene before eventually settling back into the music that shaped her during her formative years. She holds a deep admiration for female songwriters of the '90s, both in trip-hop and R&B. Her love of music combined with her interest in supervision has fermented her mission to amplify others' music by providing emerging talent new opportunities to shine. With a vibrant background and a deep-rooted passion for uplifting indie artists, Louisa brings this unique drive to her role as a Music Coordinator at Dreamboat Music. Her commitment to championing emerging talent, coupled with her drive to push creative collaborations, keeps her working tirelessly and enthusiastically.
